Full Journal pdf2004-05-05 House Journal Page 3859 SB 305 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 4, 2004, calendar (page 3795), was read the third time: HOUSE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 305(FIN) "An Act relating to state ownership of submerged land underlying water that was navigable at the time Alaska achieved statehood." Representatives Williams, Joule, Kapsner, Masek, and Morgan moved and asked unanimous consent that they be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and the members were required to vote. The question being: "Shall HCS SB 305(FIN) pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: HCS SB 305(FIN) Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 34 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 5 Yeas: Berkowitz, Chenault, Cissna, Coghill, Crawford, Croft, Dahlstrom, Fate, Foster, Gara, Gatto, Gruenberg, Guttenberg, Harris, Hawker, Heinze, Holm, Joule, Kapsner, Kerttula, Kohring, Kott, Lynn, Masek, Meyer, Morgan, Samuels, Seaton, Stepovich, Stoltze, Weyhrauch, Williams, Wilson, Wolf 2004-05-05 House Journal Page 3860 Excused: Kookesh Absent: Anderson, McGuire, Moses, Ogg, Rokeberg And so, HCS SB 305(FIN) passed the House and was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
